Saat ini PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT) sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Talent Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement employee development programs.
• Organize and manage training activities, both internal and external
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)
• Support individual Development Plans (IDP) for employees
• Support competency assessment and succession planning processes
• Support department leaders to identify capability gaps
• Monitor training effectiveness and employee development progress
• Prepare reports and evaluations related to talent development programs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s of Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Education or related field
2. Min 1-3 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Able to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across depertments
5. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
6. Strong undertanding of competency development and talent management
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Systems/LMS is a plus
