Lowongan Kerja Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) – Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) adalah lembaga pemerintah non-BUMN di bawah naungan Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) yang bertugas mengelola serta mengawasi kegiatan usaha hulu migas di Indonesia agar memberikan keuntungan maksimal bagi negara.

Melaksanakan dukungan atas monitoring kegiatan operasional KKKS dan lifting di wilayah Perwakilan Sumatera Bagian Selatan.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Process, Mechanical, Structural Engineering
2. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
3. Minimum 20 years working experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a Strong focus on Development of Offshore Fixed Infrastructure, preferably covering FEED and EPC/EPCI Project Phases
4. Minimum 5 years experience in Leadership role for Offshore Project Development.
5. In-depth knowledge of Fixed Infrastructure Delivery Management.
6. Good knowledge in Engineering Management, especially for Offshore Asset.
7. Good knowledge of Construction Management for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Projects.
8. Good knowledge of Quality Management System, especially for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Projects.
9. Experience with managing the key interfaces between Fixed and Floating Infrastructure.
10. Proficient in Ms. Office and other Project Management Tools/Software.
11. Extensive Expertise in Delivery and Execution of Offshore fixed Infrastructure Projects, covering FEED and EPC/EPCI phases (Jackets, Topsides, and associated facilities)
12. Proven Leadership capability in managing Multidisciplinary Engineering teams, including oversight of Senior Engineers to ensure alignment with Project objectives
13. Robust Interface Management Skills, particularly in handling Critical Interfaces between Fixed Infrastructure and Floating Facilities.
14. Strong Engineering and Construction Management Knowledge, including Fabrication, Transportation, Offshore Installation, and Hook-up/Commissioning activities
15. Comprehensive understanding of quality management systems and project controls, ensuring compliance with Offshore Standards and effective Project Performance monitoring

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Technical Degree in Administration, Record Management, or related fields.
2. Min. 10 years Working Experience in Document Management for Offshore Oil and Gas Infrastructure Project, with 3 years in Supervisory role.
3. In-depth Knowledge of Document Management Procedure in Oil & Gas Project Stage.
4. Working knowledge of project database management systems.
5. Working Knowledge of Document Control & Management Software (e.g. Livelink, SharePoint, BMS, etc.).
6. Knowledgeable in Document, Data and Information distribution in Oil and Gas company.
7. Aware of Technical and Operational Aspects of Oil and Gas Industry
8. Detail-Oriented and Well-Organized.
9. Fluent in Oral and written English.
10. Computer Literate and Proficient in MS Office.
11. Strong Expertise in Document Control and Management Systems for Offshore Oil & Gas projects, including implementation of Document Control Procedures and Workflows during Project Execution Phases
12. Strong capability in Document Distribution and Information Management, Ensuring Accuracy, Traceability, and Timely Circulation of Technical and Project Documents
13. High Level of Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of documents while maintaining Data Integrity and Compliance Standards
14. Proficiency in Document Management and Database Systems, including Tools such as Livelink, SharePoint, BMS, or equivalent Platforms
15. Solid understanding of Oil & Gas Project Environments, including familiarity with Technical Documents and coordination with Multidisciplinary Teams, supported by strong MS Office and Communication Skills.
