Job Description:

1. Conduct market analysis, price benchmarking and supplier risk assessment
2. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for food ingredients and raw materials from Overseas suppliers
3. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to improve cost competitiveness and Supply reliability
4. Maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers and continously explore new sourcing opportunities
5. Monitor pricing payment terms, and Supply agreements with suppliers
6. Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and company management system standars
7. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve Supply disruptions
8. Negotiate pricing payment terms, and Supply agreements with suppliers
9. Track procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier Performance, and delivery reliability

• Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Managemen, Logistics, Internasional Business, Industrial Engineering or related field, certified as professional in sourcing & procurement is preferred
2. Strong communication and coordination skills
3. Minimum 7-8 years of experience in handling Import/Procurement/Supply Chain of raw materials within the food industry (FMCG experience is an advantage)
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data monitoring and reporting)
6. Strong understanding of import regulations and logistic processes
7. Able to work under deadlines and pressure, honest, accurate, and detail-oriented
8. Proactive in problem solving and risk monitoring
9. Willing to be placed in Surabaya
