Lowongan Kerja PT Merdeka Mining Servis (MMS) – PT Merdeka Mining Servis (MMS) adalah anak perusahaan jasa pertambangan dari PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA). Perusahaan ini berfokus pada layanan dukungan teknis, pengelolaan proyek, serta pekerjaan konstruksi dan infrastruktur untuk mendukung operasi pertambangan induknya di seluruh Indonesia.

Saat ini PT Merdeka Mining Servis (MMS) sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Human Resources (HR) Officer

Responsibilites:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees
• Handle employee inquiries and maintain positive employee relations
• Assist with payroll administration and HR reporting

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
4. Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
