Job Summary:

  • Manage government relations, regulatory compliance, licensing, and external
    affairs activities to support company operations and standars.

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders related to company operations
  • Handle regulatory compliance, licensing, certifications, and company standards requirements, including SNI and related regulations
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to external relations and regulatory affairs activities for management
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with government policies, import/export regulations, and other applicable legal requirements
  • Monitor regulatory updates and analyze their impact on company operations
  • Coordinate with ministries, customs, industry associations, and other relevant institutions to support smooth Business operations
  • Support communication and coordination with external parties, Business partners, and related government institutions
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, permits, and regulatory submissions required by authorities
  • Provide administrative and operational support for external affairs and compliance Initiatives

Job Recruitment:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication, Public Relations, Business, Law, or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experince in External Relations, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, or related roles
  3. Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
  4. Understanding of Business processes in the tire, automotive,or manufacturing industry is an advantage
  5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  6. Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
  7. Good understanding of import/export regulations, SNI, and other compliance-related requirements
  8. Familiar with government regulatory processes, licensing, certification, and stakeholder management
  • LSM Excellence Analyst

Job Description:

  • Assist in planning and implementing digital transformation and Technology development projects within SCM
  • Support SCM Center of Excellence Initiatives related to Performance management, digitalization, transformation, and continous improvement projects
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare SCM Performance data, KPIs, dashboards, and reports for management review
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital tools, Systems, and platforms
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and people development activities related to digital tools, soft skills, and hard skills
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency enhancement
  • Provide administrative and operational support for SCM projects and strategic Initiatives
  • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of transformation and digitalization Initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of SCM Initiatives and programs

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information System, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Performance management, digitalization, transformation, or IT Project roles
  3. Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or other continous improvement methodologies
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
  5. Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
  6. Familiar with SCM Technologies, digital platforms, automation tools, Lean,
  7. Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
  8. Good understanding of Business process in the tire, automotive, or manufacturing industry
