• Warehouseman

Job Description

• Manage inbound and outbound product data and prepare delivery
• Support administrative activities in the finished goods warehouse
• Contribute ideas for administrative improvements and innovations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse records orders
• Collaborate effectively with the team in daily warehouse operations
• Assist in resolving quality issues in compliance with GMP and GDP
• Support documentation processes (change control, CAPA, deviations, risk assessments)
• Support the supervisor in implementing GMP in the finished goods warehouse.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma (IT, Industrial Management, or related field)
2. Fresh graduates are welcome (±1 year experience is a plus)
3. Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing
5. Familiar with SAP, serialization, and pharmaceutical warehouse systems
6. Good communication and teamwork
7. Understanding of CPOB/CPKB/CDOB, ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 22000),
8. Knowledge of general administration and/or pharmacy and SJPH
9. Honest and highly dedicated
10. Work location: Gunung Putri, Bogor

• Manufacturing Technology Unit Staff

Job Description

• Handling of raw material qualification in accordance with applicable procedure
• Supports toll-in manufacturing activities associated with the production
• Preparing and conducting the process production improvement
• Coordinate with related section, conducting and reporting of the development and stability test result of the related production technology transfer and existing product reformulation
• Planning, coordinating with related sections, conducting, evaluating and reporting all activities related to production trial properly.

• Electrical Technician

Job Description

• Supporting maintenance team for troubleshooting of production equipment electrical issues.
• Performing Kaizen/continuous improvement related to building and electrical system.
• Conducting preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of building, plant facility, electric panels & distribution system.
• Coordinating execution of work order for maintenance of building, facility and electrical distribution system.

Job Requirements:

1. Preferably D3, STM, or equivalent graduates.
2. Experience working in engineering, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, at least 2 (two) years.
3. Have attended training in relation to the tasks to be performed
4. Have relevant experience and skill on maintenance practice of electrical distribution system, building facility and preferably in electrical control of production and utility equipment.
5. Have basic knowledge of electrical engineering and building maintenance.
6. Have an honest nature, assertive in attitude and communication, willingness to progress, and work together in a team.
