Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Recruitment and Employer Branding

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Collaborate and hiring with managers to understanding hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies
• Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring performance
• Build maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
• Organize and participate career fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding events
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across platforms such as Linkedin and other digital channels
• Create engaging content (job posts, social media, campaigns, carrier stories) to aytract candidates
• Manage outsourching procurement and vendor coordination
• Conduct employee contract evaluations and ensure compliants with company policies and governance standards

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding
3. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Familiar with recruitment tools and social media platforms
6. Knowledge of recruitment analytics and employer branding strategies
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
