Lowongan Kerja PT KA Properti Manajemen (KAI Properti) – PT KA Properti Manajemen (KAI Properti) adalah anak perusahaan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) yang bergerak di bidang manajemen properti, jasa konstruksi umum, dan penyediaan prasarana perkeretaapian. Didirikan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan aset tanah serta bangunan milik KAI, perusahaan ini aktif membangun berbagai infrastruktur penting seperti stasiun, jalur rel ganda, dan area komersial atau retail di sekitar kawasan stasiun. Selain mengelola sewa lahan dan properti komersial, perusahaan ini juga bertanggung jawab atas proyek modernisasi transportasi publik serta pembangunan fasilitas penunjang perkeretaapian di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.

Applicant Criteria
- Indonesian citizen (WNI);
- Male;
- Physically and mentally healthy;
- Possess a valid diploma or certificate of graduation (SKL) with a high school education level (SMA/MA/SMK/MAK) in all majors and grades:
- National Final Examination (UAN) with a minimum average of 6.0 (six point zero); or
- High school (SMA/MA/SMK/MAK) graduated from 2020 and thereafter, using a minimum average school exam score of 6.0 (six point zero) or 60 (sixty);
- Applicants must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and no older than 45 (forty-five) years old as of May 13, 2026;
- Must be at least 160 cm tall with an ideal body weight;
- Must be of good character;
- Must have no tattoos or piercings;
- Must have never used or been involved with drugs or psychotropic substances;
- Never been sentenced to prison based on a legally binding court decision;
- Never been dismissed from a subsidiary or other institution due to disciplinary action or dishonorably discharged;
- Willing to participate in the recruitment selection process in accordance with the provisions applicable at PT KA Properti Manajemen;
- Passing the new employee selection process conducted by the PT KA Properti Manajemen recruitment committee.
Special Requirements for Applicant
- Willingness to be placed in all PT KA Properti Manajemen work areas and according to the Company’s needs;
- The selection of the selection location does not determine the location of work placement;
- For applicants applying using a Certificate of Graduation (SKL), if they are declared successful in the final selection stage, they must bring their original diploma and SKHUN/transcript when signing the Employment Contract;
- Willingness to resign from their employment relationship with another institution if they meet the requirements and are declared successful in the selection process.
Application Requirements
- Recent 4×6 color passport photo with a red background;
- Valid National Identity Card (KTP) or Resident Certificate;
- Application letter with a Rp 10,000 stamp and Curriculum Vitae;
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) (if available);
- High School (SMA/SMK/MA/MAK) Diploma or Graduation Certificate (SKL) and Transcript (front and back);
- Certification and Smartcard (if available);
- Health Certificate (minimum height, body mass index (BMI), color blindness, visual acuity, and blood pressure);
- Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) from the police;
- Drug-Free Certificate from the authorized agency (Labkesda, Ministry of Health Hospital, BNN, Puslabfor, or Police Hospital).
Notes
- Application requirements for points 1 through 9 must be submitted in PDF format with a maximum size of 2MB.
- Specifically, application requirements for points 3, 5, and 6 must be submitted in one file.
Selection Stages
- Stage 1 : Administrative Screening;
- Stage 2 : Psychological Assessment;
- Stage 3 : Interview.
