1. Monitor and control the progress of ship repair activities, including hull works, piping, mechanical, electrical, blasting & painting, and outfitting during the docking period.
2. Develop and manage production plans and ship repair schedules based on work orders, docking plans, and project completion targets.

• Creating designs for the units to be manufactured, including Electrical Load Balance, Midship Section, Profile Section, Pipe Schematic, Yard Plan, Hull Structure Modeling, and Pipe Spooling, based on preliminary drawings and product specifications according to the QFD Meeting results, with calculations for reliability and accuracy, to ensure they withstand the tests to be conducted.
• Reviewing received orders and discussing the design concepts (preliminary drawings and product specifications from the AE) to be executed. Discussing the latest technologies and innovations that can be applied to the received product orders.
