About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager – Liquid Division to join our dynamic team at PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo, a leading manufacturer in the Mojosari East Java region. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ourseeing the efficient and effective operation of oir liquid production division, ensuring we meet our production targets and deliver high-quality products to our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement production plans and strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Collaborate with the broader leadership team to align production activities with the company’s overall business objectives
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage and lead a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure all production targets are met
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthy, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide effective coaching and mentoring to develop the skills and capabilities of the production team
• Drive continous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity

What we’re looking for : 

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production management role, preferably the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills , with the ability to think strategically
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
4. Proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve production targets
5. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of liquid production processes and equipment
6. Proficient in data analysis and the use of production management software and systems
7. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering or operations management
