Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Officer HR

Vital role in the organization by managing and overseeing all aspects of the human resources department.

Responsibility:

• To maintain, organise, and securely archive all employee records—both digital and physical—in accordance with company policy and compliance requirements.
• To prepare routine HR administrative reports and monitor employees’ adherence to internal policies, procedures, and statutory obligations
• To support the payroll process by administering employee data updates, overtime submissions, benefits processing, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll transactions.
• To prepare and execute onboarding requirements such as employment contracts, employee IDs, system access, and induction materials to ensure a smooth start for new employees.
• To coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including managing applications, scheduling interviews, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout the selection process.
• To assist in addressing employee inquiries, supporting grievance handling processes, and contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Have hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and payroll software – preferably have experience in SuccesFactor.
• Have minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in mining, construction or oil & gas industries
• Have strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees at all levels

• Have a minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
• Have basic knowledge of Indonesia labour law and HR compliance requirements
