Job Description:

  • Optimize aircraft utilization, route profitability, and Seat Load Factor (SLF) through effective network planning and flight scheduling.
  • Design and oversee Route, Network, Schedule, and Revenue Management strategies to support the company’s operational and commercial performance.
  • Develop and control pricing and inventory management strategies to achieve traffic, sales, and revenue targets.
  • Ensure smooth commercial operations through effective management of flight disruptions, reservation and ticketing systems, regulatory compliance, and team competency development.
  • Initiate and manage strategic partnerships (codeshare agreements, alliances, and collaborations) to enhance traffic and revenue generation.

Job Description:

  1. Training Planning & Administration (General Training Administration)
  • Prepare and manage training schedules (classroom, e-learning, blended learning) for all business units.
  • Maintain the employee training database and ensure data in the HR/Training System is always up to date.
  • Handle training administration, including participant registration, attendance, pre/post-tests, certificates, and training document archiving.
  • Manage training-related correspondence, including invitations, participant confirmations, and distribution of materials

2. Training Program Implementation

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including e-learning assignments, tracking, and evaluations.
  • Support training activities by preparing classrooms, equipment, refreshments, attendance lists, and other required materials.
  • Serve as a training host or training coordinator during programs to ensure smooth operational execution.

3. Training Material Development & Evaluation

Job Description:

Support airport operational reliability (airside & turnaround) and training effectiveness by:

  • Conducting airside technical inspections (runway/taxiway/apron/visual aids), assisting in runway condition reporting using GRF/RCAM (Runway Condition Code, RCR/SNOWTAM), and following up on minor corrective actions.
  • Supporting A-CDM implementation (turnaround milestones, TOBT/TSAT/TTOT, information sharing) to improve punctuality and operational predictability.
  • Assisting operational coordination and aeronautical information management (AIP/NOTAM/AIRAC), ensuring the latest operational information is communicated to relevant units.
  • Supporting training activities (scheduling, materials, competency records), including Dangerous Goods (DGR) awareness and SMS implementation.
  • Aligning field procedures with IATA AHM (policy) and IGOM (procedures), as well as ensuring readiness of evidence for ISAGO (ground handling safety audit).

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

Airside Technical Support

  • Conduct walk-through/drive-through inspections of runway, taxiway, apron, and markings/lighting in accordance with Annex 14; log findings (FOD, signage/markings, PAPI/lighting) and propose prompt corrective actions.
  • Runway Condition Reports (RCR) and SNOWTAM/ATIS (in accordance with local procedures).
  • Support GRF assessment and reporting: determine RWYCC per runway third, describe contaminants (type, depth, coverage), and prepare

Aeronautical Information & NOTAM Support

  • Support the management of NOTAMs related to facility conditions.
  • Monitor AIP/AIRAC updates impacting operations (e.g., LVP procedures, threshold displacement, taxiway/stand changes) and assist in issuing internal operational notices.

A-CDM & Turnaround Monitoring

  • Record and cross-check operational milestones (arrival in-block, TOBT, start-up/pushback, TSAT, off block, take-off).
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure accurate departure estimations and network updates.

Ground Operations Standards (AHM/IGOM) & ISAGO Readines

  • Conduct basic conformance checks on ramp safety, fueling/defueling, marshalling, towing, and load control procedures in line with IGOM (how to do) and AHM (what to do).
  • Prepare compliance evidence to support ISAGO audit readiness.

Training & Competency

  • Manage Airport & Ground Operations training schedules (safety briefings, toolbox talks, IGOM/AHM refreshers) and maintain training records.
  • Integrate SMS (Annex 19) materials into routine sessions, including hazard/near-miss reporting, just culture, and safety promotion initiatives.

Job Description:

1. Airport Safety Operations (Entry Level)

  • Conduct ramp observations and ensure ground handling activities comply with basic safety procedures.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly safety and security reports.

5. Coordination & Communication

Position Objective

  • To ensure the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of all General Training programs (ground/airport/safety/DGR awareness, human factors, etc.) and to support consulting projects (assessment, SOP/curriculum development, implementation) in alignment with GCG principles and aviation standards-while integrating with the PAS SMS (Annex 19).

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

1. Training System & Material QC (QMS ISO 9001)

  • Drive continuous improvement (PDCA cycle) based on evaluation results (tests, surveys, on-the-job assessments).
  • Conduct peer reviews of syllabi and training materials; ensure learning objectives are mapped to competencies, maintain traceability of records (attendance, scores, certificates), and manage documented information in accordance with QMS.

2. Internal Training Audit (ISO 19011)

  • Develop audit plans, conduct classroom/on-the-job observations, perform evidence sampling, report findings and follow up on CAPA-while maintaining auditor competency in accordance with guidelines.

3. SMS Integration & Safety Promotion (ICAO Annex 19)

  • Integrate training-related competency findings and hazards into Safety Risk Management (SRM) and safety assurance processes (SPI/targets).
  • Develop safety promotion programs for relevant units.

4. Aviation Standards-Ground Operations (IATA AHM/IGOM)

  • Conduct conformance checks of training content and practices against AHM (what to do) and IGOM (how to do) standards for ramp safety, aircraft turnaround, load control, and passenger/baggage handling topics.

5. GCG & Ethics Compliance

  • Ensure the management of training and consulting activities adheres to the principles of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness, as well as the company’s Code of Conduct.

6. Consulting Support

  • Prepare gap analyses (training processes/ground operations), benchmark against AHM/IGOM/ISO standards, and develop proposals and deliverables (SOPs, curricula, and implementation packages).

Job Requirements:

  5. Preferred graduates in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Risk Engineering, or Public Health
  6. Preferred to hold a Senior Avsec or Gada Utama certification

  9. Possess a Safety License or Risk Management certification

Job Description:

1. Airport Safety Management

  • Conduct airport operational safety oversight in accordance with the following standards:
  • ICAO Annex 14 & Annex 19
  • CASR Part 139 (Aerodrome Certification)
  • Regulations of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures by all ground handling personnel, flight operations, and airport vendors.
  • Perform safety inspections, apron/ramp checks, hazard identification, and safety audits in airport operational areas.
  • Analyze incident/accident reports, conduct preliminary investigations, and prepare preventive recommendations.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance

3. Airport Security Management

Monitor the implementation of security policies based on:

  • National Civil Aviation Security Program (NCASP)
  • Conduct security audits, inspections, and compliance checks, including restricted area access control, passenger screening, and baggage & cargo security.
  • Manage security incident reports, screening findings, and propose security risk mitigation measures.
  • Assist regulatory and airport security authority inspections (AVSEC, Police, Airport Authority).

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the implementation of Safety Promotion programs (safety campaigns) and Quality Awareness initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Airport Authority, Angkasa Pura (AP I/AP II), AirNav, ground handlers, and internal PAS units regarding safety, quality, and security matters.
  • Represent the company in airport safety and security meetings when required.

5. Data Management & Reporting
