Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Management Trainee

1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering Technology, Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics)
2. Graduated from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.25 (out of 4.00)
3. Proficient in English both verbal and written
4. Maximum 25 years old in April 2026

• Accounting Staff

Job Description:

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date fixed asset data in accordance with company accounting policies
• Monitor fixed asset movements including acquisition, transfer, disposal, and write-off
• Perform fixed asset recording, administration, and verification
• Reconcile fixed asset records with financial statements
• Prepare periodic fixed asset reports
• Conduct reporting and analysis related to fixed assets
• Support internal and external audit processes related to fixed assets
• Coordinate with related departments for asset inventory and verification

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting
2. Good understanding of accounting principles, particularly fixed asset management and depreciation
3. Min. 3 years of experience as Accounting Staff (Fixed Asset)
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
5. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work accurately
6. Good communication and coordination skills
7. Strong reporting and analytical skills

• PPIC Staff

Job Description:

• Coordinate closely with related departments such as Production, QC, R&D, and PPIC teams to align material planning with production requirements.
• Ensure material availability to support production planning and manufacturing processes across all company plants.
• Create and monitor material arrival schedules for both local and imported materials, including inter-plant material movements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and familiar with ERP systems and MRP planning.
3. Good understanding of forecasting systems and demand planning concepts.
4. Minimum 2 year of experience in PPIC or Material Planning.
5. Strong analytical skills, good communication, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Analis Kimia

Job Description

• Mengambil sampel dan melakukan pengujian di laboratorium
• Melakukan pengolahan limbah WTP dari proses plating
• Melakukan analisa kimia terhadap larutan proses
• Melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan hasil analisa secara akurat
• Merawat dan menjaga instalasi air demin

Qualifications:

1. Diploma III – Analis Kimia
2. Familiar menggunakan peralatan laboratorium
3. Memahami dasar analisis kimia laboratorium
4. Bersedia menjalankan pekerjaan yang melibatkan aktivitas fisik di area produksi
5. Teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik

• Database Administrator

Job Description:

• Perform data cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
• Update and maintain data in the SAP system
• Coordinate with related departments to verify and update data
• Identify and correct duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete data
• Maintain documentation related to data updates and corrections

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information System, Industrial Engineering
2. At least 2 year of experience in project administration, preferably in SAP implementation
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in documentation
5. Strong time management skills and the ability to work with deadlines
6. Adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Proactive, responsible, and capable of coordinating with stakeholders in the project
