Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates with a maximum of one year after graduation
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in:
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Psychology
  • Education
  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • or other related disciplines
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Willing to be placed at CGK (Soekarno–Hatta International Airport)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to commit to a one-year internship program
• Domiciled in Tangerang or Jakarta
