Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Indonesian-Mandarin Bilingual Management Trainee

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Native proficiency in Indonesian, HSK Level 4 or above in Chinese;
3. Fresh graduates or candidates with no more than 2 years of working experience.
4. Indonesia (Bandung, Jepara, Grobogan)

• External Affairs Trainee – Indonesia

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors such as International Business.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
3. Experience as a student union cadre at school is preferred.
4. Understanding of Chinese culture; Indonesian students who have studied in China are preferred.

• Production Trainee – Indonesia

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major not limited. Proficiency in Chinese.
2. Willing to accept one-year on-site production grassroots training; hardworking and able to endure hardships.
3. Native proficiency in Indonesian, HSK Level 4 or above in Chinese.
4. Excellent communication skills and strong ability to work under pressure.

• Infrastructure Project Assistant – Indonesia

Requirements:

1. Professional Knowledge & Skills

• Solid professional knowledge in construction cost management, quantity surveying, or project management.
• Native proficiency in Indonesian, HSK Level 4 or above in Chinese.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools to identify issues, pinpoint root causes, and propose effective solutions from complex information.

2. Core Competencies:
