What Is The Selection Process?

Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.

Requirements:

• 3rd to final year Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree students, and fresh graduates in any discipline with no more than 2 years of full-time work experience in any industry (as of 13 February 2026)
• Effective communicator who is clear in putting across thoughts and ideas
• Self-starter who is determined to lead change and make a real impact
• Fast learner who is resourceful and driven to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment

2. Future Leaders Program (FLP) Operations

The Future Leaders Program (FLP) is a 2-year program designed for passionate graduate talents to deep-dive into various business functions, pivotal to the e-commerce and logistics landscape at Shopee and SPX Express.

Graduates will undergo four thoughtfully curated rotations, each spanning 6 months. By the end of the program, you can expect to gain experiences in driving high-impact local projects, and possess a holistic view of the business. Applications are open from 13 Feb 2026.

1. Open to graduates from all academic backgrounds (STEM, Business/Economics, and Logistics/Supply Chain backgrounds will be an advantage)
2. 0–2 years of professional experience (Experience in logistics, operations, e-commerce is a plus)
3. Willing to be placed in any operational location across Indonesia
4. Demonstrated leadership through active involvement in organizations (e.g., active involvement in student organizations, committees, or community initiatives)

• Future Leaders Program (FLP) People

The Future Leaders Program (FLP) People is a new Management Associate program designed to accelerate & develop high-potential talents within the People function, building the future leaders for People team within Shopee and SPX Express.

Within the 2 years program, you will undergo four thoughtfully curated rotations, each spanning 6 months, where you will gain hand-on exposure to People functions, drive high-impact projects, and develop a holistic understanding of the business.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor’s degree from any major
2. Demonstrated strong leadership capability through active involvement in organizations (e.g. active involvement in student organizations, committees, or community initiatives)
3. 0–2 years of professional working experience; prior exposure to HR is an advantage
4. Self-starter who works well cross-functionally and thrives in collaborative environments
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high proficiency in English
6. Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, ability to analyze situations and balance business acumen with people intuition to drive effective decisions
