• Graduate Development Program (GDP)

Through this program, you will be exposed to real business challenges, cross-functional projects, and leadership responsibilities that will shape you into a high-impact professional — all aligned with Cimory’s mission to grow the business, grow the people, and grow the country though Innovation in Nutrition.

What You’ll Do as an GDP:

1. Learn end-to-end business and operational processes
2. Work on impactful projects within your assigned function
3. Gain real exposure to day-to-day FMCG operations

• GDP – Legal

Role Description:

• Preparing standard corporate agreements and legal documents using Cimory templates and internal processes
• Managing and maintaining legal documents and corporate records (physical & digital)
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for legal documentation needs
• Supporting the Legal Team in drafting and organizing legal documentation
• Conducting basic legal research and summarizing findings into practical insights

What we looking for:

1. Fresh graduate or final-year student (graduating by January 2025)
2. Background in Law – open to others with relevant experience
3. Fluent in English, with a valid TOEFL/IELTS (or equivalent) score
4. Experienced in internships, student organizations, or projects; leadership roles are a big plus
5. Proven leadership potential through past organization experiences
6. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
7. Basic legal research and analytical skills
8. Understanding of contract structures and legal documentation

• GDP – Procurement

Role Description:

• Managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth procurement processes
• Creating Purchase Order (PO) based on approved Purchase Requisitions (PR)
• Assisting in procurement documentation and coordination with internal teams
• Supporting negotiation activities with vendors for best value
• Reviewing and monitoring inventory stock to support operational needs

What we looking for:

1. Fresh graduate or final-year student (graduating by January 2025)
2. Fluent in English, with a valid TOEFL/IELTS (or equivalent) score
3. Experienced in internships, student organizations, or projects; leadership roles are a big plus
4. Background in Industrial Engineering/Business/Supply Chain – open to others with relevant experience.
5. Proven leadership potential through past organization experiences
6. Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking
7. Familiar with SAP system and Microsoft Excel

• GDP – HR Development

Role Description:

• Facilitating the recruitment process for the Graduate Development Program (GDP)
• Analyzing and structuring career paths for high-potential employees
• Developing and improving talent management evaluation methods
• Designing, implementing, and evaluting talent development programs
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (CV screening, assessment, interviews)
• Monitoring onboarding and exit interview processes for continuous improvement
• Executing corporate branding initiatives through media, forums, and universities
• Maintaining and analyzing recruitment database and reports
