About the Program
The Seven Shaper Future Leadership Program is a 15-month structured leadership development program that prepares you to become a future growth leader at Seven Retail

You will Gain :

  • Successful candidates will have the opportunity to convert into full-time roles in Growth, Strategy, or Business Operations

About the Role (What you’ll do)
Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement improvement Initiatives
Support the design and execution of growth strategies across brands and functions
Analyze Business Performance, identify opportunities, and propose data-driven recommendations
Assist in driving strategic Initiatives and Business projects end-to-end
This role requires strong analytical thinking, execution discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paces environment
Work closely with leaders to support decision-making and Performance optimization

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for talents with high learning agility and a strong ownership mindset

Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduate with internship experience or maximum 3 years of working experience
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field from reputable universities
  3. Comfortable working with data and numbers
  4. Strong analytical skills and Business acumen
  5. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, lookup functions; VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word
  7. Willing to undergo a 15-month structured program
  8. Result-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic encironment
