Saat ini PT Kideco Jaya Agung sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja untuk menempati Posisi sebagai.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Company Clinic Sub Section Head

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Ners or related background
2. Having min 5 years of experience in Employee Health, preferably from coal mining company (owner)
3. Advance in Microfost Office, make statistical data reporting using Power BI is a plus
4. Preferred have a BTCLS and/or BHD training certificate, nurse hyperhealth and First Aid as well as certification with OH
5. Have an active Registration Certificate (STR)
6. Willing to work in a shift and full time system
7. Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accomodated to POH/KTP)

Responsibilities:

• Support all Health Services administration Activities – Kideco Pratama Clinic, Manage report, patients surveys and follow up feedbacks
• Monitor the number of specialist doctor consultations per month
• Medicine Stock Management & Medical Equipment and report any damage or malfunctions
• Clinic Operational Audit (including FAP)
• Support for Specialist Doctor Visits, including arrange schedules, requirements and operational supports
• Clinic Accreditation Support (implementation already completed)
• BPJS & Insurance implementation
• Clinic Service Satisfaction Monitoring, Collect feedback on vendor Performance and communicate improvement recommendations to vendors
• Handle end to end Annual Medical Check-Up (Employees & BOD), Coordiante onsite MCU implementation (mine site & Jakarta), including vendor preparation
